Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the purchased items to Plantronics, for any reason, for a full refund. Plantronics will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of their error. Return information can be found on your order confirmation or order invoice.
Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: Your order will be processed for shipping within two business days of receipt. In most cases we are able to ship to you within 24 hours.
Unavailable Products: We do our best to keep our product listing current on our web-site. However, should you order an item that is no longer available we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.
